The Lurcher Showground will be hosting The Cornish Lurcher Championships for the tenth year on 16th & 17th August 2008. The format will follow last years order of events with The Endurance Challenge being held on Saturday and The Cornish Lurcher Championships will be held as usual on the Sunday. 

New for this year, we are dedicating the whole of Saturday to The Endurance Challenge. We will offer cash prizes to the top three Lurchers and will present a personalised Certificate as a momento of the day and rosette to the top six place winners. 

We would like to invite all of our competitors to a Free Barbeque with Mulled Wine on Saturday evening to celebrate the 10th annual Cornish Championships with us as you have helped to make The Cornish Lurcher Championships one of the Nations premier Lurcher events.

Sunday will see 14 new 'Best in Cornwall' titles being won, will anyone be able to beat the current record of 3 titles in one event which is jointly held by Drift & Saxon?
